Geojit Financial Services Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, following a Board of Directors meeting held on January 16, 2026. The meeting commenced at 2:00 PM and concluded at 4:30 PM.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a profit after tax of ₹1,303.58 lakhs. This compares to a profit after tax of ₹3,593.53 lakhs for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Total revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹16,010.75 lakhs, a decrease from ₹17,168.81 lakhs in the same period last year. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹13,485.16 lakhs.

The company also reported its results for the nine months period ended December 31, 2025. Profit after tax for this period was ₹6,251.67 lakhs, down from ₹13,605.79 lakhs in the corresponding period of the previous year. Total revenue from operations for the nine months was ₹48,306.46 lakhs, compared to ₹57,121.40 lakhs in the prior year.

An exceptional item of ₹895.88 lakhs was recorded for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, related to the incremental impact of the new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India. The consolidated financial results were reviewed by B S R & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, who issued an unmodified opinion.
