Genus Power Infrastructures Limited has announced the conversion of its Joint Statutory Auditors' firm, M S K A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, effective January 13, 2026.

Despite the conversion, M S K A & Associates LLP will continue to serve as the Joint Statutory Auditors for the remainder of their appointed tenure, fulfilling all their obligations. The company received this intimation from the auditors via a letter dated January 14, 2026.

This update is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the intimation letter from the auditors has been enclosed with the announcement for reference.
