Genesys International Corporation Limited has announced the completion of the second tenure of its Independent Director, Mr. Manish Patel (DIN: 03051315), effective December 23, 2025. Consequently, Mr. Patel has ceased to hold the position of Independent Director. As a result of his cessation, Mr. Patel has also stepped down from his roles as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee. He has also ceased to be a Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Committee.
