Generic Engineering Construction and Projects Limited (GENCON) announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on February 14, 2026. For the standalone results, total income for the quarter was ₹8,100.36 Lakhs (₹80.59 Crore), with a profit after tax of ₹245.60 Lakhs (₹2.46 Crore). For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, total income stood at ₹19,705.03 Lakhs (₹197.05 Crore), and profit after tax was ₹661.50 Lakhs (₹6.62 Crore). Consolidated total income for the quarter was also ₹8,100.36 Lakhs (₹80.59 Crore), resulting in a profit after tax of ₹245.57 Lakhs (₹2.46 Crore). For the nine-month period, consolidated total income was ₹19,705.03 Lakhs (₹197.05 Crore) with a profit after tax of ₹661.42 Lakhs (₹6.61 Crore). The company also noted that the implementation of the New Labour Codes has not resulted in any material incremental impact on its gratuity obligations based on management's assessment. The company is evaluating the impact on other areas, and management does not expect any material impact.
