Gayatri Projects Limited has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, February 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The primary agenda for the AGM is to receive, consider, and adopt the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, along with the reports of the Auditors and the Board of Directors. Additionally, the meeting will address the re-appointment of Mrs. T. Sarita Reddy as a Director, who retires by rotation. The remuneration payable to M/s. N.S.V. Krishna Rao & Co., the Company's Cost Auditors for the financial year 2024-25, at a fee of ₹1,25,000 plus applicable taxes and out-of-pocket expenses, will also be ratified by the shareholders. The company has submitted the soft copy of its 35th Annual Report for FY 2023-24 to the stock exchanges and made it available on its website. The Board's Report indicates a revenue of ₹679.55 crore for FY 2023-24, a decrease from ₹1017.20 crore in the previous year, and a reported loss of ₹53.01 crore for FY 2023-24, an improvement from the loss of ₹1426.10 crore in FY 2022-23. The company has completed its One-Time Settlement (OTS) of outstanding debts amounting to ₹750 crore and is now debt-free, excluding bank guarantees, positioning it to bid for large-scale orders. The company currently has an order book of ₹5,500 crore, with expectations of further growth.
