VLS Finance Limited has announced the resignation of Shri Gaurav Goel from his position as an Independent Director of the company. The resignation is effective from January 19, 2026. Shri Goel cited certain pre-occupations and other personal commitments as the reasons for his departure. The company has taken note of his cessation as an Independent Director and from all other positions held within the company. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A copy of the resignation letter and other required disclosures have been submitted as per SEBI circulars.
