The postal ballot notice was sent on December 18, 2025, with the remote e-voting period commencing on December 20, 2025, and concluding on January 18, 2026. The results of the postal ballot were declared on January 19, 2026. The resolution to appoint Ms. Mangwani was duly passed with the requisite majority on January 18, 2026.

Ms. Mangwani has been appointed for a term of five consecutive years, effective from November 25, 2025. She was initially appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director on November 25, 2025.
