Ganesha Ecosphere Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results at a meeting held on February 7, 2026. For the standalone results, revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹27,294.53 lakh (₹272.95 crore), with a profit before tax of ₹2,156.57 lakh (₹21.57 crore) and a profit after tax of ₹1,594.29 lakh (₹15.94 crore). For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations stood at ₹75,376.89 lakh (₹753.77 crore), with a profit before tax of ₹4,227.83 lakh (₹42.28 crore) and a profit after tax of ₹3,142.41 lakh (₹31.42 crore). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹35,721.58 lakh (₹357.22 crore), with a profit before tax of ₹815.59 lakh (₹8.16 crore) and a profit after tax of ₹474.84 lakh (₹4.75 crore). For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations was ₹1,05,772.16 lakh (₹1,057.72 crore), with a profit before tax of ₹2,306.85 lakh (₹23.07 crore) and a profit after tax of ₹1,500.21 lakh (₹15.00 crore). The company also recognized an incremental impact of ₹103.09 lakh (standalone) and ₹110.92 lakh (consolidated) on gratuity and leave liability due to the notification of four Labour Codes by the Government of India.
