Ganesh Consumer Products Limited (formerly Ganesh Grains Limited) held its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, January 16th, 2026. The meeting, conducted via Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means, commenced at 1:00 PM IST and concluded with voting at 1:47 PM IST.

The EGM addressed three special business resolutions, all of which were approved by the members. These resolutions pertained to the approval of the 'Ganesh Consumer Products Limited – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025', the approval for secondary acquisition of shares through a trust route for the implementation of this scheme, and the approval for the provision of money by the company for the purchase of its own shares by the Ganesh Employee Welfare Trust under the same scheme.
