Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited has informed the stock exchanges about a change in the email address of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The previous email address, mumbai@in.mpms.mufg.com, has been replaced with investor.helpdesk@in.mpms.com.

The updated contact details for the RTA include a new email address, updated telephone numbers (+91 810 811 6767 / 1800 1020 878), and a fax number (022) 4918 6000. The registered office address and workdays/timings remain the same. Shareholders can also raise queries and service requests through the RTA's website. The company has requested stakeholders to direct all future correspondence to the new email address.

This change is effective immediately and aims to streamline communication with the RTA. The company secretary and compliance officer, Binal Khosla, has signed the intimation.
