Gallantt Ispat Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For the fourth quarter of FY26, the company reported a revenue from operations of ₹1,204 crore, a 12.37% increase compared to ₹1,072 crore in Q4 FY25. The net profit for the quarter stood at ₹123 crore, up 5.61% from ₹116 crore in the same period last year. For the full fiscal year 2026, Gallantt Ispat's revenue from operations was ₹4,419 crore, marking a 2.94% increase from ₹4,293 crore in FY25. The net profit for FY26 surged by 20.84% to ₹484 crore, compared to ₹401 crore in the previous fiscal year. The company's EBITDA for FY26 was ₹776 crore, a 9.3% increase year-on-year. The investor presentation also highlighted the company's operational performance, with total production volume of TMT Bars at 787.6 KT in FY26, up 3.0% from FY25. For Q4 FY26, TMT Bar production was 210.2 KT, an 8.72% increase year-on-year. The company is undertaking a capex program of ₹3,000 crore, focusing on backward integration of key raw materials and phased capacity expansion over the next 2-3 years.
