Standalone profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹8.33 crore, up from ₹5.31 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The nine-month standalone profit after tax was ₹23.30 crore, compared to ₹16.87 crore in the prior year period. Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter was also ₹85.25 crore, and consolidated profit after tax was ₹8.31 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated profit after tax was ₹23.22 crore. The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹0.94 crore related to the New Labour Codes, impacting the standalone results, and ₹1.05 crore on a consolidated basis. Details on the utilization of IPO proceeds were also provided, with ₹79.01 crore utilized and ₹42.23 crore unutilized as of December 31, 2025. The company also noted a reversal of RoDTEP license amounting to ₹0.70 crore in revenue from operations.
