The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹0.94 crore related to the New Labour Codes, impacting the standalone results, and ₹1.05 crore on a consolidated basis. Details on the utilization of IPO proceeds were also provided, with ₹79.01 crore utilized and ₹42.23 crore unutilized as of December 31, 2025.
