GAIL (India) Limited has announced a revision in the completion schedule for its Kochi - Koottanad - Bengaluru - Mangaluru Pipeline (KKBMPL) project. The project, which has a total length of 1104 Km with 884 Km laid and 628 Km commissioned, will now have its remaining construction completed by March 2026, a revision from the earlier target of December 2025. The Board of Directors of GAIL approved this revised schedule in a meeting held on January 03, 2026, which commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:30 p.m. The rationale provided for the delay is the unavailability of hindrance-free fronts for construction. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
