Gabriel India Limited has announced an extension for the First Tranche Long Stop Date concerning its Joint Venture Agreement with SK Enmove Co., Ltd. (SKEN). The revised deadline for the First Tranche Closing is now February 28, 2026. This date was extended from the previously announced November 30, 2025 (which was itself an extension from an earlier date), to allow more time for fulfilling the remaining conditions precedent for the First Tranche. This update follows previous intimations regarding the proposal for the Joint Venture (October 07, 2025), the execution of the agreement (October 15, 2025), the initiation of incorporation activities for the Joint Venture Company (November 30, 2025), and the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary named “SK Enmove Gabriel India Private Limited” (December 18, 2025).
