The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (G E Shipping) announced the delivery of its 2005 built Suezmax Crude Tanker “Jag Lok” to the buyers. The sale of this vessel was contracted in September 2025. Following this transaction, G E Shipping's owned fleet now comprises 39 vessels. This includes 25 tankers (5 Crude Tankers, 16 Product Tankers, and 4 LPG Carriers) and 14 Dry Bulk Carriers (2 Capesize, 10 Kamsarmax, and 2 Supramax), with an aggregate deadweight tonnage (dwt) of 3.17 million. Additionally, the company has entered into agreements to purchase one secondhand Very Large Gas Carrier and one secondhand Ultramax Dry Bulk Carrier. Concurrently, it has contracted to sell one Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Carrier, “Jag Aarati”. These purchase and sale transactions are anticipated to be completed in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2026 (Q4 FY26).
