Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL), currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), convened its Thirty-First meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) on Tuesday, 6th January 2026. The meeting was held in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and sub-clause 16(9) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule II of LODR.

The affairs, business, and assets of FLFL are being managed by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Ravi Sethia, who was appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench-II on 4th May 2023. Mr. Sethia was subsequently confirmed as the Resolution Professional in the first CoC meeting held on 6th June 2023.
