Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL), currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), held its Thirty Second meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The meeting was conducted in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR. The affairs, business, and assets of FLFL are being managed by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Ravi Sethia, who was appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench-II on May 4, 2023, and subsequently confirmed in the first CoC meeting on June 6, 2023. The Resolution Professional's AFA Certificate is valid until December 31, 2025.
