Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL), currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has announced the completion of its Twenty Ninth meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC).

The meeting was convened on Thursday, 10th October 2025. This information is being disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of LODR.

FLFL is managed by Resolution Professional, Mr. Ravi Sethia, appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai Bench-II. The company's affairs, business, and assets are being managed under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
