Fusion Finance Limited (formerly known as Fusion Micro Finance Limited) announced on January 17, 2026, that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 4,25,000 stock options to eligible employees under the Fusion Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (ESOP 2023).

The grant was made in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.

The options have been granted at an exercise price of ₹173.09 per option, which is the closing price on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited as of January 16, 2026. The options will vest not before one year from the grant date and are exercisable within eight years from the date of vesting.
