Fusion Finance Limited has successfully completed its ₹800 crore Rights Issue by receiving approximately 99% of the First and Final Call money, amounting to around ₹395.30 crore. The final call price was fixed at ₹65.50 per share. With this final payment, the company has converted the partly paid-up shares into fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each.

These fully paid shares are now available for trading on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited effective January 6, 2026. The successful completion of this capital raise strengthens Fusion Finance's capital adequacy, which stood at 31.31% as of September 30, 2025, and is expected to further reinforce its capital base. This will provide greater financial flexibility to support long-term growth plans, business expansion, prudent risk management, and responsible lending practices.

Mr. Sanjay Garyali, MD & CEO, stated that the strong shareholder response reflects confidence in the company's fundamentals and governance. Fusion Finance, an NBFC-MFI, aims to create opportunities for underserved women entrepreneurs in rural areas and had an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹7,038 crore as of September 30, 2025, with a network of 1,545 branches across 22 states.
