He is a Chartered Accountant and is not related to any director on the Board. Consequent to Mr. Gopal's appointment, Mr. Amandeep Singh will cease to hold the office of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Singh has tendered his resignation from the position, effective January 17, 2026, citing the appointment of the new CFO as the reason.
