Fusion Finance Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Krishan Gopal as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective January 17, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

Mr. Krishan Gopal brings over two decades of extensive experience in finance, treasury, fund raising, investor relations, strategic planning, budgeting, and accounting. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Aye Finance, Group CFO at DMI Finance, CFO at Satin Creditcare Network Limited, and Head of Treasury & Corporate Planning at PNB Housing Finance Ltd. He is a Chartered Accountant and is not related to any Director on the Board.

Consequent to Mr. Gopal's appointment, Mr. Amandeep Singh will cease to hold the office of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Singh's resignation is effective January 17, 2026, and is stated to be due to the appointment of the new CFO. The board meeting commenced at 03:30 PM (IST) and concluded at 04:00 PM (IST).
