This transaction, which primarily involves the hospital operations of TMI Healthcare, was completed on January 9, 2026, at 06:56 PM (IST).

The acquisition also includes the underlying hospital land and building, along with adjacent land, as per the terms outlined in the definitive agreements entered into earlier. This disclosure is made in furtherance of the company's previous intimation dated December 20, 2025, under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
