Force Motors Limited has announced the appointment of two new Independent Directors to its Board, Mr. Gautam Hemant Bambawale and Mr. Nitin Nandkishor Kareer. Both appointments are effective from December 19, 2025, and are for an initial term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gautam Hemant Bambawale is a retired Indian diplomat who previously served as India's Ambassador to China, High Commissioner to Pakistan, and Consul General in Guangzhou. His experience also includes roles in the Prime Minister's Office and as Joint Secretary for East Asia. Mr. Nitin Nandkishor Kareer is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer and former Chief Secretary of Maharashtra. He brings extensive experience in urban development, land records management, and public finance planning, having held significant positions such as District Collector of Sangli and Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation. The company confirmed that neither appointee is debarred from holding a director's office by any SEBI order or other authority. Both directors are unrelated to any existing directors on the Force Motors board.
