Force Motors Limited has announced the appointment of two new Independent Directors to its Board, Mr. Gautam Hemant Bambawale and Mr. Nitin Nandkishor Kareer. The appointments were approved by the Board on December 19, 2025, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Bambawale, a retired Indian diplomat, brings extensive experience from his roles as Indian Ambassador to China, High Commissioner to Pakistan, and Consul General in Guangzhou. He also served in the Prime Minister’s Office and as Joint Secretary for East Asia. Mr. Kareer, a retired Indian Administrative Service officer and former Chief Secretary of Maharashtra, has a strong background in urban development, land records management, and public finance planning. His previous roles include District Collector of Sangli, Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation, and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. Both appointments are effective from December 19, 2025, for an initial term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. It has been confirmed that neither director is debarred from holding such office by any SEBI order or other authority. They are also not related to any existing Directors of the Company.
