Force Motors Limited announced the appointment of two new Independent Directors to its Board, Mr. Gautam Hemant Bambawale and Mr. Nitin Nandkishor Kareer, effective December 19, 2025. The appointments were approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Both directors will serve an initial term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Bambawale is a retired Indian diplomat who previously served as the Indian Ambassador to China and High Commissioner to Pakistan. Mr. Kareer is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer and former Chief Secretary of Maharashtra, bringing extensive experience in urban development and public finance. It has been confirmed that neither director is debarred from holding such office by any SEBI order or other authority. Both are not related to any existing Director of Force Motors Limited.
