This guarantee is intended to facilitate credit facilities for Flomaxe Stationery Private Limited from banks and financial institutions. The Board also addressed a procedural delay in the submission of Related Party Transactions disclosures for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company clarified that the delay was unintentional and due to technical errors on the BSE platform, while the filing was timely on the National Stock Exchange. The matter was placed before the Board, which noted the unintentional non-compliance and advised on meticulous adherence to compliance requirements going forward. The fine levied by the stock exchanges for this delay has been paid.
