Five-Star Business Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed effective January 01, 2026. It will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration and submission of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. Both the start and end dates are inclusive. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are strictly prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the trading of the company's securities. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these unaudited financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, will be communicated in due course.
