The initial subscription for 10,000 shares, each with a par value of $1.00, was initially planned to be completed by February 28, 2026. However, due to procedural delays, Swara Baby Products Limited has informed FirstCry that the timeline for remitting this subscription amount has been extended to April 30, 2026. This announcement follows up on a previous intimation dated December 15, 2025, which detailed the incorporation of Swara Corp. and the proposed initial subscription.
