Fiberweb (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The window will be closed effective Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these results to the stock exchanges in due course. In line with SEBI regulations, the PAN of designated persons will be frozen for trading in the company's equity shares during this period.
