The Federal Bank Limited has announced the retirement of Mr. A P Hota, who has been serving as the Part Time Chairman & Independent Director of the Bank. His retirement will be effective from the close of business hours on January 14, 2026, upon the completion of his 8-year tenure on the Board, as per regulatory requirements.

The Bank has expressed its sincere appreciation for the significant contributions made by Mr. A P Hota during his service. The requisite disclosures as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have been made and are also available on the Bank's website, www.federal.bank.in.
