The Federal Bank Limited has announced the allotment of equity shares upon the exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS). Following the approval of the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, the bank allotted 4,875 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each to option grantees who exercised their options under the ESOS 2010 Scheme on January 19, 2026.

Additionally, 2,78,268 equity shares, also with a face value of ₹2 each, were allotted to option grantees upon the exercise of stock options under the ESOS 2017 Scheme on the same date, January 19, 2026. These allotments were made after the option grantees made the requisite payments.
