FDC Limited announced on December 19, 2025, that its Board of Directors has approved the shifting of the company's registered office. The office will be moved from B-8, M.I.D.C. Industrial Area, Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, to FDC House, C-11 & 12, Dalia Industrial Estate, Oshiwara Village, Off New Link Road, Andheri - West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. This relocation is subject to the approval of the company's members through a postal ballot process and any further necessary approvals from the Regional Director. To facilitate this process, the Board has appointed Mr. Sanjay Dholakia of M/s. Sanjay Dholakia & Associates as the Scrutinizer for the postal ballot. The notice for the postal ballot will be sent electronically to members registered as of Friday, December 19, 2025. The company will utilize the remote e-voting facility provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The e-voting period will commence on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 09:00 a.m. IST and conclude on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. IST. The results of the postal ballot are expected to be declared by the Scrutinizer on or before Thursday, January 29, 2026.
