FDC Limited has announced a Postal Ballot to seek approval from its members for shifting the company's registered office. The proposed shift is from its current address at B-8, MIDC Industrial Area, Waluj-431130, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, India, to a new location at FDCHouse, C-11&12, Dalia Industrial Estate, Oshiwara Village, Off New Link Road, Andheri-West, Mumbai–400053, Maharashtra, India. The notice regarding the Postal Ballot and remote e-voting was published on December 25, 2025, in Business Standard (English) and Loksatta (Marathi). The notice of Postal Ballot, along with an explanatory statement, was sent via electronic mode on December 24, 2025, to members whose names appeared in the Register of Members or list of beneficial owners as of the cut-off date, December 19, 2025. The remote e-voting period will commence on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 09:00 AM (IST) and conclude on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 05:00 PM (IST). Members are instructed to vote only through the remote e-voting process. The company has engaged NSDL for providing this facility. Mr. Sanjay Dholakia, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot process. The result of the voting will be announced on or before Thursday, January 29, 2026, and will be displayed on the company's website and the e-voting website of NSDL, as well as communicated to the stock exchanges.
