Exxaro Tiles Limited has announced the summary of proceedings from its postal ballot e-voting process, wherein members approved key resolutions. The voting concluded on 24th December 2025, with the results formally announced on 25th December 2025. The resolutions passed included the re-appointment of Mr. Mukeshkumar Babubhai Patel as Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Kirankumar Bhikhalal Patel as Whole Time Director, and Mr. Dineshkumar Ramanlal Patel as Whole Time Director. Additionally, Mr. Miten Majmundar was appointed as an Independent Director. All these appointments were special resolutions. The postal ballot notice was issued on 18th November 2025, and the e-voting period commenced on 25th November 2025 and concluded on 24th December 2025. M/s. Vasant Patel & Associates were appointed as the scrutinizers for the process. The results indicate overwhelming support for all resolutions, with over 99.99% of votes cast in favour.
