Excelsoft Technologies Limited, in collaboration with its Philippine partner ASEAMETRICS, will deliver the Civil Service Commission of the Philippines' Civil Service Digital Examination (CSC DeX) starting in 2026. This partnership aims to support the Commission's transition to secure, technology-enabled assessments nationwide.

The collaboration integrates Excelsoft's SARAS eAssessment platform with ASEAMETRICS' expertise in public-sector transformation to create a scalable, cloud-based examination system. The CSC DeX is designed to enhance accessibility, reliability, and operational efficiency, potentially complementing or replacing legacy testing methods. Recent civil service examinations in the Philippines have seen participation from over 300,000 candidates.

The SARAS platform will provide end-to-end digital assessment capabilities, including secure test creation and delivery, AI-enabled proctoring (remote and on-site), real-time monitoring, psychometric analytics, and reporting. ASEAMETRICS will lead the initial rollout of CSC DeX, with the first phase covering up to 50,000 tests, to bolster merit-based recruitment and improve the candidate experience.
