Everest Industries Limited has announced a disinvestment of 17,59,999 equity shares, representing 3.12% of its stake, in Amplus Ampere Private Limited (Amplus). The transaction, valued at ₹1,75,99,990, was completed on January 20, 2026. This move is in accordance with the terms of the Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement and is intended to maintain compliance with Group Captive norms for availing 5.5 MWp solar power. Amplus Energy Solutions PTE Ltd, the transferee, is not considered a related party. This update follows previous intimations made by the company on May 19, 2025, and August 28, 2025, concerning the allotment of equity shares in Amplus.
