Eureka Forbes Limited has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The certificate was issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), the Registrar to the Issue and Share Transfer Agent for the company.

MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and confirmed to the depositories. They also confirmed that these securities are listed on the stock exchanges where the company's existing securities are traded. Furthermore, the security certificates received for dematerialisation were confirmed, mutilated, and cancelled after verification, with the depositories' names substituted in the register of members within the stipulated timelines.
