The second order pertains to the period April 2021 to March 2022, confirming a GST demand of ₹11.12 crore, with interest of ₹5.46 crore and a penalty of ₹1.11 crore. In total, the company faces a confirmed GST demand of ₹16.72 crore, along with interest and penalties. The company stated that these orders were received on January 8, 2026, at 1:58 PM and 5:22 PM respectively. ETERNAL LIMITED believes it has a strong case on merits and intends to file appeals against these orders before the appropriate authority, supported by external legal and tax advisors.
