Eternal Limited (formerly Zomato Limited) announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 21, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. These results have undergone a limited review by M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells. In significant leadership changes, the Board accepted the resignation of Deepinder Goyal as Director, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2026. Following his resignation from these roles, the Board recommended the appointment of Deepinder Goyal as the Vice Chairman & Director, subject to shareholder approval. Furthermore, Albinder Singh Dhindsa, currently CEO of Blinkit, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective February 1, 2026. The financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, showed consolidated revenue from operations of ₹16,315 crore and a profit after tax of ₹102 crore. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹2,883 crore with a profit after tax of ₹657 crore.
