ETERNAL LIMITED (formerly Zomato Limited) announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on January 21, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, which have undergone a limited review by Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Key leadership changes were also approved. Deepinder Goyal has resigned as Director, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2026. He has been recommended for appointment as Vice Chairman & Director, subject to shareholder approval, for a term of five years post-approval. Concurrently, Albinder Singh Dhindsa, currently CEO of Blinkit, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective February 1, 2026. Dhindsa is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel. The meeting commenced at 2:00 PM and concluded at 3:35 PM.
