ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 30, 2026, has approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2025. The results were reviewed by the Joint Statutory Auditors, M/s. Kirtane and Pandit LLP and M/s. Sundaram and Srinivasan, who issued an unmodified opinion. Concurrently, the Bank has also disclosed information in accordance with Regulation 52(4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and disclosures under Regulation 52(7) and 52(7A) concerning the utilization of issue proceeds of non-convertible securities for the same period.
