ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited has announced the retirement of Shri. Thomas Jacob Kalappila, a Non-Executive Independent Director, from his position. The retirement will be effective from March 9, 2026. The Board of Directors took note of this retirement during their meeting held on Friday, February 27, 2026.
