ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited has announced the allotment of 21,084 equity shares of face value ₹10 each to eligible employees. This allotment is pursuant to the exercise of options vested under the ESAF Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019. The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors made this allotment on February 03, 2026. The details of the allotment, including the scheme name, kind of security, par value, date of issue, number of shares issued, and exercise price, have been disclosed as per SEBI regulations. The total issued shares after this issue will be 51,56,25,216, with a total issued share capital of ₹515,62,52,160. These new equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Bank.
