Eris Lifesciences Limited has issued a second corrigendum to its Postal Ballot Notice dated November 24, 2025. This corrigendum, dated December 17, 2025, is being dispatched electronically to shareholders. The primary purpose of this second corrigendum is to inform members about an updated valuation report dated December 17, 2025. This updated report supersedes the revised valuation report from December 5, 2025, which was referenced in the first corrigendum. The valuer has updated the report to remove all references to the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology previously used, in response to queries from stock exchanges. The e-voting period for the postal ballot commenced on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. IST and will conclude on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. IST. Shareholders who have already cast their votes and wish to modify them in light of the new information can do so by emailing the scrutinizer at ravi@ravics.com on or before 5:00 p.m. IST on December 24, 2025. Importantly, the company states that there is no change in the fair valuation of Eris Lifesciences Limited's equity shares or the proposed swap ratio due to this updated valuation report. The corrections made do not result in any change in management control. All other terms and contents of the original Notice and the first Corrigendum remain unchanged.
