Eris Lifesciences Limited has announced that the term of Mr. Rajeev Dalal as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the Company will conclude on December 18, 2025. His appointment, approved by the members at the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting held on September 01, 2021, was for a five-year term commencing December 19, 2020. Consequently, Mr. Dalal will cease to be an Independent Director and his membership and chairmanship in various Board committees will also end on the same date. The Board and Management of Eris Lifesciences expressed their sincere appreciation for Mr. Dalal's valuable contributions during his tenure.
