Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited has announced the re-opening of its trading window effective Sunday, February 01, 2026. This follows the closure of the trading window from January 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The Board meeting to consider these financial results was scheduled for January 29, 2026. The trading window was originally set to re-open on February 02, 2026. However, due to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited notifying February 01, 2026, as a special trading day for the Union Budget 2026, the trading window will now effectively re-open on Sunday, February 01, 2026.
