Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited has announced the allotment of 69,655 equity shares on February 04, 2026, following the exercise of options under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019. The new equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects. This allotment increases the bank's paid-up share capital from ₹1,140.91 crore to ₹1,140.98 crore. The announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
