Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited hosted a Sandbox Session focused on the Constituency Development Exchange (CDX) and AI-Social Tech Professionals at IIIT Hyderabad on December 30, 2025. The session, held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, aimed to fine-tune the design and operating model of CDX and AI-Social Tech Professionals in preparation for a broader institutional rollout. The event served as a preparatory dialogue to gather inputs and expectations from lawmakers, domain experts, and diaspora leaders.

The session featured keynote addresses by Shri D. Sridhar Babu, Hon’ble Minister for Information Technology, Government of Telangana, and Shri Y. Sujana Chowdary, Member of the Legislative Assembly, Andhra Pradesh, and Former Union Minister. Panel discussions included participation from prominent figures in the startup and investment ecosystem, such as J. A. Chowdary, Jay Challa, Lax Chepuri, Vikrant Varshney, V Srinivasa Rao, and Rajesh Pagadala. Representatives from CSR agencies, non-profit organizations, startups, government bodies, venture capital firms, and other stakeholders also attended.

The Constituency Development Exchange (CDX) is envisioned as a platform enabling diaspora leaders, CSR agencies, and impact investors to collaborate with legislators on constituency-focused development initiatives. AI-Social Tech Professionals are integral to this framework, facilitating dynamic collaboration and communication to translate dialogue into measurable outcomes at the constituency level. EQUIPPP, an acronym for Expression of Equity Interest in Public-Private Partnerships, functions as a book-building and collaboration platform designed to foster cross-sector collaborations and evolve Public-Private Partnerships to address challenges and create tangible social impact.
