The initial corpus settled into the trust is ₹10,000. The primary objectives of the trust include administering the ESOS 2025, acquiring the company's equity shares for transfer to beneficiaries, borrowing funds from the Settlor for share acquisition, and facilitating the exercise of options by beneficiaries. The trust deed also outlines the powers and obligations of the trustees, including compliance with SEBI regulations and acting in the best interest of the beneficiaries. The trust is intended to be dissolved upon the fulfillment or impossibility of its objectives.
